The rainforest alliance needs help with identifying the similarities and differences apparent in the global environments of the earths rainforests, they require your assistance to gather this vital information which will help with their efforts to sustain these unique habitats.
In PAIRS you are to use your research skills to fill in the rainforest information charts. One student will research a rainforest in Australia (Daintree or other) and the other student is to research another rainforest from around the world (Amazon..etc). Once you have filled out your charts you are to compare and contrast your findings, discuss with each other the similarities and differences apparent in your unique rainforest of choice!
Your findings should help you to recall, explain, compare and evaluate how your rainforest is differing or the same as your partners. You may choose to present your understandings by producing a venn-diagram, rap/song, picture collage, mock interview, speech or chart.
